摘要
高速公路交通事件是影响其安全运行的主要因素。通过对我国高速公路实时交通数据的分析,完成对交通事件发生成因和机理的研究。同时从系统的需求分析、系统设计及功能分析方面展开研究,研究建立城市交通事件智能管理系统的理论基础和框架结构。
Expressway traffic incident is the main factor of the expressway safety. The research on the causes and theories of the traffic incident is carried out by analyzing the dynamic traffic statistics, meanwhile the demand analysis and design of the whole system are given. Through analyzing the functions of the system, the theories and the frame constructs of the traffic incident intelligent management system are researched and set up.
