摘要
目的：对国人ＨＳＥ临床表现进行分析，以期发现其某些特点。方法：对４６例ＨＳＥ的临床表现与高须［２］、Ｗｈｉｔｌｅｙ［３］统计的资料进行对照分析。结果和结论：本组ＨＳＥ诸症状体征与高须［２］、Ｗｈｉｔｌｅｙ［３］组的差异并无统计学意义，意识障碍为最特征性症状。
Objective :To analyze the clinical manifestations of patients with herpes
simplex encephalitis (HSE) so that some features are clarified Methods :The symptoms and
signs in this group of 46 cases of HSE were analyzed,and comparied with those in Takashus
and Whitleys groups. Results and conclusionBZ:There were little differences of all symptoms
and signs between in this group and Takashus and Whitleys ones,and altered consciousness
was the most specific symptom.
