摘要
过敏性鼻炎—哮喘综合征的发病有寒邪与寒体两端,病性为本虚标实,治疗发作期当祛风化痰、降逆通窍,缓解期以扶正为主,兼清余邪;补益肺脾肾及通鼻窍贯穿治疗全程;结合鼻部检查辨证施治。
The pathogeneses of combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome include pathogenic cold and cold body constitution,so the nature of the disease is deficiency in root and excess in tip.In attack stage,methods of wind-dispeling and phlegm-removing,qi-downbearing and nose-unblocking should be used,while in remission stage strengthening body resistance is critical,and accompanied by eliminating pathogen.What＇s more,invigorating lung,spleen and kidney and unblocking nose should be used throughout the treatment,and nasal examination is helpful to syndrome differentiation.
