摘要
针对有效地控制竞争情报服务系统开发的质量问题,深入分析知识共享对该系统的支持。进行知识共享与竞争情报服务系统的融合分析。设计出规范化开发该系统的成熟度模型,以期达到灵活控制与调节竞争情报服务系统开发过程的目的,进而去优化整个竞争情报系统的效能。
For effectively controlling the quality about competitive intelligence services system development, we analyze the support which knowledge sharing provides for competitive intelligence services system. Probe deeply into the integration between knowledge sharing and the services system. Finally, we design a normalization product to develop the competitive intelligence services system, and flexibly control and regulate the development process of competitive intelligence services system, furtber, optimize the performance of the competitive intelligence system
