信息分化作为一种社会现象,对现代社会的和谐与稳定造成了极大的危害。市场机制对信息垄断形成了较大的冲击,对信息权力和信息利益过度集中现象有重要的稀释效应,对实现信息公平、构建和谐社会起着积极作用。
Information has become divided as one kind of social phenomenon , harmony and stability to modem society have brought about extremely large damage. Market mechanism has formed bigger impingement to information monopoly, benefit concentrates a phenomenon excessively having the important dilution effect , information structures harmonious society impartially to realization to information authority and information, have positive role.
