摘要
为了分析无偿献血者血型初筛错误原因,对2006-2009年钦州市76342例无偿献血者的血型初筛结果进行复检确认,结合现场调查,进行原因分析。结果有218例血型初筛定型错误,造成血型错误的主要因素有反应时间短、工作忙写错、电脑录入错误、血型标签圈错和血液有凝块等。因此改善工作环境、增强责任心及提高技术水平便可防止血型差错的发生。
To analyze the reasons for screening error of blood type in voluntary blood donors.76342 samples from the voluntary blood donors were reexamined in order to confirm the real blood type and analyze the reasons for screening error.The results showed that there are 218 cases of wrong blood type.Many factors account for the error occurrence,these reasons include the short reaction time,wrong writing,error in recording in computer,mark the wrong blood type label and the blood coagulum,etc.Improving the working environment,enhancing the sense of responsibility and rising the technical level of personnel can prevent the occurrence of errors in blood type screening.
