摘要
选有根尖周炎需作根管治疗的患者120例,患牙140颗,随机分为治疗组(Vitapex糊剂根管用药)70颗牙,对照组[甲醛甲酚(FC)根管封药]70颗牙。观察比较两者在封药后临床反应级别和发生根管治疗期间疼痛(EIP)的情况。治疗组EIP的发生率低,用药效果好,比较对照组有明显差异(P<0.05)。
140 teeth from 120 patients with apical periodontitis which needed root canal treatment were selected and divided into Vitapex group and FC group.The clinical effect level and endodontic interappointment pain（EIP）were observed and compared after root canal disinfection.Compared with FC group,Vitapex group had a lower EIP rate and better root canal disinfection effect.Vitapex paste is a ideal root canal disinfected agent.
