摘要
目的:分析FACT-H&N第4版用于口腔鳞癌患者生存质量(qualityoflife,QOL)测量的效果。方法:采用FACT-H&N对97例确诊为口腔鳞癌的连续患者进行QOL的测量,分析量表的信度、效度和反映度。结果:量表5个领域的内部一致性系数为0.51～0.81,分半信度为0.83;36个条目可提取9个因子,累计方差贡献率为60.5%;量表能敏感的区分已知的2组口腔癌患者术前QOL的差异及口腔癌患者QOL随时间的变化。结论:FACT-H&N用于国人口腔癌患者生存质量的测量具有较好的信度、效度和反应度,其构建结构合理,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective:To evaluate the quality of life in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma by FACT-H&N version 4.Methods:Quality of life(QOL)of 97 consecutive patients who were diagnosed as oral squamous cell carcinoma was assessed preoperatively by FACT-H&N version 4.QOL of 55 patients was retested 3 months postoperatively.The validity,reliability and responsiveness of the scale were analyzed.Results:The internal consistency α for the five domains were 0.51~0.81,and the split-half reliability was 0.83.An exploratory factor analysis on the 36 items produced 9 factors,and the analysis explained 60.5% of the total variation.The instrument could detect the differences of preoperative QOL between T1+T2 group and T3+T4 group,and the changes of QOL over time sensitively.Conclusion:The FACT-H&N version 4 can measure the quality of life in oral cancer patients with good reliability,validity and responsiveness.Its constructs is reasonable,so it deserves to be popularized in clinic.
