摘要
目的:研究牙龈卟啉菌感染在动脉血管钙化中的影响。方法:建立牙龈卟啉菌感染的兔髂动脉硬化模型,通过HE染色观察受损内膜病理变化,通过免疫组化染色检测软骨样细胞Sox9、CollagenⅡ,α-SMactin、巨噬细胞RAM11的染色情况。结果:发现实验组的2只动物受损髂动脉内膜中存在软骨样细胞,软骨样细胞Sox9、CollagenⅡ和α-SMactin染色阳性,巨噬细胞RAM11的染色阴性。结论:牙龈卟啉菌感染可能和血管钙化有关,软骨样细胞来源于平滑肌细胞。但是样本数量少,不能说明两者之间存在必然联系。
] Objective:To explore the of infection of Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g)on vascular calcification in iliac arteries.Methods:Established an animal model of infection of Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g)on athersclerosis in iliac artery of rabbit.The hematoxylin and eosin stained sections were used for the histologic analysis of the injured intimal arteries.Chondrocyte-like cells were detected by immunohistochemical staining of Sox9,CollagenⅡ,α-SM actin.Macrophages were detected by the staining of RAM11.Results:Chondrocyte-like cells were detected in two of the animals neointimal lesions in the injured arteries.The chondrocyte-like cells showed Sox9,collagenⅡ and α-SM actin expression,no RAM11 expression was detected in macrophages.Conclusion:P.g chronic infection may be involved in vascular calcification.It suggests that chondrocyte-like cells come from smooth muscle cells.However,it is difficult to suggest a definite relation between vascular calcification and bacterial infection.
