摘要
目的:探讨p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38MAPK)在前列腺癌组织以及相应的癌旁组织中的表达及其与前列腺癌病理分级、临床分期的关系。方法:免疫印迹法检测40例前列腺癌组织及其相应的癌旁组织中p38MAPK的相对表达水平。结果:p38MAPK在40例前列腺癌组织及其相应的癌旁组织中表达的阳性率均为100%(40/40),其平均相对表达水平分别为0.77±0.07和0.57±0.09,两者差异有统计学意义,P=0.000。p38MAPK的相对表达水平与前列腺癌的病理分级(P<0.05)、临床分期(P<0.05)有关。结论:p38MAPK的过表达与前列腺癌的临床病理特征和生物学行为密切相关,p38MAPK的过表达可能参与了前列腺癌的发生和发展。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the differential expression of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) between human prostatic carcinoma and its surrounding normal prostate tissues. The association of the expression level of p38 MAPK in prostatic carcinoma tissues with clinical stages and pathological grades was evaluated. METHODS:The expression level of p38 MAPK was detected in tissue specimens from prostatic carcinoma (n=40) and its surrounding normal prostate tissues (n=40) by using Western blot. The correlation of the expression of p38 MAPK and the clinical pathology was analyzed statistically. RESULTS:p38 MAPK was expressed in all of the tissue specimens of prostatic carcinoma and its surrounding normal prostate and the positive rate of p38 MAPK was 100%(40/40) in all of the prostate tissues. The higher expression level of p38 MAPK was detected in prostatic carcinoma (0.77±0.07),compared with its surrounding normal prostate (0.57±0.09). There was a significant difference between prostatic carcinoma and its surrounding normal prostate (P=0.000).The expression level of p38 MAPK in prostatic carcinoma tissues was positively correlated with the clinical stages (P0.05) and pathological grades (P0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The overexpression of p38 MAPK closely associated with clinicopathologic features and biological behavior of prostatic carcinoma. The overexpression of p38 MAPK may be involved in the development and tumorigenesis of prostatic carcinoma.
