摘要
目的为了探讨硅胶假体隆鼻术的假体外露原因。方法用两种大小不同的假体置入兔的鼻背部，术前和术后分别测定白细胞数、淋巴细胞总数和淋巴百分数，检测ＩｇＥ，并行组织的光学和电镜检查。结果实验组１（无张力组）６只兔，均无假体外露，实验组２（有张力组）６只兔中有４只发生假体外露，且有大量细胞浸润，炎症反应重，细胞器有病变。结论假体外露主要原因是局部张力过大，软组织菲薄。
Objective To research the cause of extrusion in augmentation rhinoplasty with
silicone prosthesis. Methods Two different sizes of silical prosthesis were implanted into the
bridge of rabbits nose. Detection of white blood cell count,the total number of lymphcell and IgE,
and examination of tissue by microscope and electromicroscope were made preoperatively and
postoperatively. Results None of the rabbits prosthesis was extruded in experimental group
1(no tension group),but in experimental group 2 (tension group) 4 of 6 rabbits prosthesis were
extruded with a large quantity of cell infiltration, severe inflammatory reaction and the change in
the cell ultrastructure . Conclusion The main causes of extrusion are local excessive tension
and thinner soft tissue.
