摘要
目的探讨乳房假体置入术并发症的发生原因及处理措施。方法再次手术处理，取出假体１１例；清除血肿，松解包膜挛缩后更换假体１４例。结果手术处理后，２５例并发症均取得满意效果。结论严格的外科无菌技术、熟练的无创手术操作、彻底止血、负压引流、选用优质可靠的人工乳房假体，是减少和避免乳房假体置入术并发症的关键。
Objective To make an inquiry into the causes and treatments of complications in 25
cases after augmentation mammaplasty with artificial breast implants. Methods 11 cases were
performed a second operations to handle the problem by taking out the artificial breast implants
while the artificial breast implants in 14 other cases were replaced by clearing away the hemata
and relaxing the thick contacted capinle. ResultsTBZThe treatments on all the 25 cases of
complications were achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion The strictly perform of aseptic
technique and skilled atioumatic operation , the complete stop of bleeding and the use of high
quality artificial breast implants are the crucial points to reduce and avoid the complications of
augmentation mammaplasty.
