摘要
目的：研究大鼠胃肌间神经丛神经元中线状溶酶体及其生物学特性。材料与方法：用电镜酶细胞化学方法对大鼠胃肌间神经丛神经元进行超微结构观察。结果：显示大鼠胃肌间神经丛神经元中存在线状溶酶体其酶活性与圆形溶酶体类似。结论：本次研究结果为研究人的消化管肌间神经丛神经元中线状溶体的存在及其生物学特性提供了依据。
urpose of this study to approach enmatolysosomes (NLY) and their biological characteristics in neurons of rta stomach intramuscular plexus. The neurons were observed by EM enzymocytochemistry. It was found that NLY with similar enzyme activity as that of spherical lysosmes exsised in neurons of rat inramuscular plexus. The ruslt of this study provided a evidence for studying exsistence of NLY in neurons of intramascular plexus of human digesive canal.
