孟鲁司特佐治小儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的 研究孟鲁司特辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效.方法 随机将90例患儿分为对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组加服孟鲁司特.观察主要症状、体征消失时间,测定血清中IL-1β、IL-6和IL-8含量,统计临床疗效,比较1年内喘息反复情况.结果 治疗组患儿喘息、肺部哮鸣音消失时间较对照组明显缩短;治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗组患儿血清中IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8及1年内喘息复发率均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 加服孟鲁司特可明显提高毛细支气管炎患儿临床疗效,降低喘息复发,可能与其降低炎性介质有关.
