摘要
对郑州市城乡共２２８名１８～３５岁育龄期妇女进行了２针破伤风类毒素（Ｔ）免疫效果观察，免前抗体保护率仅为７．０２％，破伤风抗毒素（ＴＡＴ）为０．００４７ＩＵ／ｍｌ．免后抗体保护率达１００％，ＴＡＴ增至１．７４１５ＩＵ／ｍｌ，说明ＴＴ对育龄期妇女具有良好的免疫效果，ＴＴ全程免疫可达到消除新生儿破伤风（ＮＮＴ）的目标。
228 childbearing age women of 18~35 years old were vaccinated two timeswith tetanus toxold (TT). The protective rates were 7.02%, 100% and the tetanus antitoxoid (TAT) were 0.0047IU/ml, 1.7415IU/ml before and after immunization respectively.There showed a good immune effect of rs on women of childbearing age, thus going toreach the goal of eliminating neonatal tetanus.
