雷帕霉素产生菌突变株的遗传稳定性研究

摘要 本文研究了雷帕霉素产生菌──吸水链霉菌FC904的高产突变株C14的性状、稳定性。C14菌株冷藏稳定性较好,存放4℃冰箱3个月,效价基本不变。C14变株经传代后1型菌落减少,生产能力下降,其高产性状不稳定,需不断自然分离,进一步提高效价。 The high yielding property of C14 strain──a developed rapamycin producing strain derived from Streptomyces hygroscopicus FC904 was studied. C14 strain could be stored at 4℃ for 3 months with its potency keep gcneral unchanging. The potency and the number of type I colony decreased after subculture. The high yielding property of C14 strain is not stable,and the C14 strain also needs natural selecting and further improving.
