摘要
随着HIS、LIS、PACS/RIS等系统在医院得到实现,以电子病历(EMR)为主要载体,完善并整合医院内病人的全程医疗信息,就成为一个非常有效的途径。在实施电子病历过程中,除注重建设专业的电子病历外,还重点集成了患者的LIS数据、PACS影像数据、医疗费用等信息(即全程电子病历),实现了多个系统间的无缝连接。通过全程电子病历,可调阅病人在医院内的全程各类数据,对完善医疗技术水平、丰富医疗教学内容、提高医疗管理能力等起到促进作用。
HIS, LIS, PACS/RIS, etc., have been achieved in the hospital; it is a very effective way to improve and integrate the patient＇s entire hospital medical information with electronic medical record （EMR） , as the main carrier. Except focusing on building specialized EMR, in the process of implementing EMR, we also focused on integrating the data of patients with LIS data, PACS image data, medical expenses and other information （we call it full electronic medical records for the time being）, and has achieved a seamless connection between multiple systems. Through the full electronic medical records, we can access to the patient＇ s various types of data throughout in hospital, which can promote many aspects like the level of medical technology, the content of medical education, and the medical management capabilities.
