摘要
目的为了使颅脑手术定位准确，必须做出很好的切口设计，而准确的切口设计必须找到病灶在头颅表面上的投影点。方法本文对国人68例干燥颅骨外耳门进行了测量并以此为基础在临床时200例手术进行定位。结果表明外耳门位于颅骨左右侧半周弧线的近1／2处，手术效果良好。结论以此为理论依据，为手术切口定位寻找到一个新的理论与方法。
objective To find the projection point of the focus in brain and accurately locate thesite of the incision of craniocerebral operation. Methods The external acoustic foramina on the dry cra-nial bones of 68 Chinese cases are measured anatomically. 200 cases with craniocerebral diseases are op-erated successfully- Results The vertical tangent points of the center of the external acoustic foramenwith each arc of either side of the cranial bone are all located near the middle of the arcs, which may bethe most favorable markers of the incision of the operation. Conclusion This location is a new theoryand method in the craniocerebral operation.
