摘要
目的:探讨古代中药丸剂赋形剂的使用和意义。方法:对几个古代方剂的处方组成、制法和用法,以及对目前仍在使用的蜜、糊、水性液体3种辅料在古代丸剂中的使用进行讨论分析。结果:古代丸剂中使用的辅料大部分既是药物成分,又是辅料,同时可影响制剂的成型和生物有效性。结论:中药丸剂是一种古老的、至今仍具有较强生命力的剂型。在积极采取新技术开发的同时,应注意吸收传统制剂工艺诸如选药、炮制、煎煮等环节的精华,力求使丸剂的使用符合中医药理论和贴近临床需要。
OBJECTIVE：To explore the usage and significance of pharmaceutical excipients of ancient traditional Chinese medicine pills.METHODS：The composition,preparation and usage of ancient prescription were analyzed as well as the usage of honey,paste and waterborne solvents which were still popular.RESULTS：The excipients of ancient traditional Chinese medicine pills not only were effective components of drugs,but also affect the molding and biological availability of preparation.CONCLUSION：Pills are a kind of ancient and viable dosage form.We should adopt new process technology and accept the essence of traditional process technology,such as the selection of drugs,processing and decoction.We strive for perfection in the pills to meet the need of clinic and the theory of TCM.
