摘要
目的:研究自然铜在不同温度和不同时间煅制后其成分的变化规律。方法:用X射线粉末衍射分析法对煅自然铜进行半定量相分析,用重铬酸钾容量法测定其全铁含量。结果:自然铜煅制温度在400~900℃过程中,其物相发生较大变化,由FeS2先转变为铁的硫化物(Fe7S8、FeS),后又转变为铁的氧化物(Fe2O3)。全铁含量由400℃煅制3h的47.10%升高至900℃煅制3h的65.81%;由600℃煅制1h的52.55%升高至600℃煅制4h的62.18%。结论:自然铜在不同温度和不同时间煅制,其物相及铁含量变化较大。
OBJECTIVE:To study on composition variety of Pyritum after calcined at different temperature and time.METHODS:The semi-quantitative phases and total iron contents of calcined Pyritum were analyzed and determined by using X-ray powder diffraction analysis and potassium dichromate volumetric method,respectively.RESULTS:The phases of Pyritum had significant changes as calcining temperature increased from 400 ℃ to 900 ℃,FeS2 was first transformed into the ferric sulfide(Fe7S8,FeS),and later transformed into ferric oxide(Fe2O3).Total iron contents of calcined Pyritum were increased from 47.10% to 65.81% with calcining temperature varied from 400 ℃ to 900 ℃ at the same calcining time of 3 h.Total iron contents increased from 52.55% to 62.18% with different calcining time from 1 h to 4 h at the same calcining temperature of 600 ℃.CONCLUSION:The phases and total iron contents of Pyritum have significant changes at different calcining temperature and time.
