摘要
可用频带需计费使用，为了降低收费标准，增加目前分组网的灵活性和可管理性，途径之一就是仔细设计系统，并充分利用最新的网络协议标准。本文结合网络的目前发展状况，对ＶＬＡＮ和ＱｏＳ等最新的ＩＰ协议的产生、发展和作用机制进行了介绍，并在文章的最后一部分，对ＶＬＡＮ和ＱｏＳ的实现和应用研究作了探讨。
Users should be charged for communication bands, in order to reduce charging and improve flexibility and manageability of current packet networks,and newly presented network protocols can also be borrowed.Connected with the present network developments, this paper introduces the origination,development and mechanism of VLANs and QoS, and at the end,questions about implementation and application of VLANs and QoS are also discussed.
