摘要
概述了运动员心脏研究现状,并针对运动性心律失常和运动性心脏猝死两大热点问题的最新进展进行了阐述和分析,其中包括了运动性心律失常发生过程心脏传导系统中窦房结、房室结和浦氏纤维等三大结构的电生理与分子病理学改变,运动性猝死的七大相关心血管疾病(肥厚型心肌病、致心律失常性右室心肌病、扩张型心肌病、长QT综合征、短QT综合征和儿茶酚胺介导的多形性室速)的遗传学特征、相关基因标记以及运动性猝死早期基因诊断技术。
The sudden death of athlete on the playing field remains the most devastating medical event in sports. This paper summarized the progress of research on athlete's heart, introduced the recent developments in Exercise-induced arrhythmias and Exercise-induced Sudden cardiac death, including the changes of electrophysiological and molecular pathology during the devel- opmental process of Exercise-induced arrhythmias in the cardiac conduction system, which is consisting of sino atrial node, atrioventricular node and Purkinje fibers network, and the genet- ics properties, gene markers and early genetic diagnosis of 7 Cardiovascular disease that related Exercise-induced arrhythmias: Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, Arrhythmogenie right ventricular cardiomyopathy, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Long-QT syndrome, Short-QT syndrome, Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia.
