摘要
本文介绍了重质碳酸钙在塑料行业的应用发展,分析了塑料用重质碳酸钙产品精细化生产过程中的原料选择、加工设备和生产工艺等主要因素,在原料满足要求前提下,加工设备与工艺的正确选择至关重要。结果表明,立式磨等节能装备及工艺促进了塑料用重质碳酸钙产品精细化开发。
This paper introduced prospects and application of ground calcium carbonate in plastic. In exploitation of refining ground calcium carbonate, raw material choosing, device characteristics and engineering technology are analysed and studied as main factors. Based on choosed raw material that satisfied all requirements, device choosing and engineering technology are very important. Results showed that vertical roller mill and its technology made progress in exploitation of refining ground calcium carbonate in plastic.
