填料并用体系对无石棉胶乳抄取板性能的影响

摘要 添加一定量的硫酸铝溶液能够改善填料与纤维和胶乳的结合。随着硫酸铝用量的增加,浆料的Zeta电位、pH值和打浆度都逐渐降低,最佳的硫酸铝用量为9%。对于添加了填料碳酸钙/炭黑和凹凸棒粉/炭黑的两种无石棉胶乳抄取板而言,随着炭黑用量的增加,两种板材的抗张指数逐渐增加,压缩率则呈缓慢下降的趋势,回弹率变化不大,而蠕变松弛率则主要受板材紧度影响,紧度越大蠕变松弛率越小。 Adding a certain amount of aluminum sulfate solution is able to improve the combination of fillers with fibers and latex.As the dosage of aluminum sulfate increased,the Zeta potential、pH and beating degree decreased gradually,and the optimal dosage is 9%.For the two different non-asbestos latex sheets of adding calcium carbonate/carbon black and attapulgite/carbon black,as the dosage of carbon black increased,the tensile index increases gradually and the compressibility rate reduces slowly,but the variety of recovery is not very clear.The creep-relaxation rate is mainly affected by the tightness.If the tightness increases,the creep-relaxation rate will be decline and vice versa.
