摘要
以丁二酸、1,4-丁二醇和二甘醇为原料,合成了可生物降解的脂肪族聚丁二酸丁二醇/二甘醇酯(PBDGS)。通过核磁共振仪、气相凝胶色谱以及差示扫描量热仪研究了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂种类以及缩聚温度对聚酯性能的影响。结果表明,以单丁基氧化锡(MBTO)为催化剂,当醇酸配比为1.15∶1(摩尔比,下同)时,在230℃的缩聚温度下,制得的PBDGS相对分子质量最高,数均相对分子质量为3.7×104g/mol,重均相对分子质量为6.9×104g/mol。
Biodegradable poly(butylene succinate-co-diethylene succinate)(PBDGS) was synthesized via polycondensation of succinate acid,1,4-butanediol,and diethylene glycol. The effect of molar ratio of acid and alcohol, catalyst, and temperature on the properties of polyesters was studied using nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It is showed that when the molar ratio of acid and alcohol was 1.15:1, the condensation temperature was 230℃, and MBTO was used as a catalyst; the highest molecular weight of PBDGS was obtained,with weight and number-average molecular weight being 3.7×104 g/mol and 6.9×104 g/mol,respectively.
