摘要
研究了聚苯乙烯注射件中内应力沿厚度的分布。发现横流方向的内应力是典型的冷却应力,而顺流方向的内应力是冷却应力与总冻结应力的合力。提出了一种利用横流方向和顺流方向内应力的差异来分离冷却应力与总冻结应力的方法。讨论了注射成型工艺对内应力的影响。
The distribution of internal stresses through the thickness of injection-moulded polystyrene has been investigated. It has been found that the internal stress perpendicular to the flowing direction is typical cooling stress and the internal stress parallel to the flowing direction is the sum of the cooling stress and the total frozenin stress A method has been developed with which the cooling stress and total frozenin stress can be separated quantitatively only with the difference between the internal stresses perpendicular and parallel to the flowing direction. The effect of injection moulding conditions on internal stresses has been discussed.
