摘要
本文通过对山西省11个城市房地产业比较研究发现,各城市房地产业发展差异呈现缩小趋势,城镇化率、固定资产投资总额和居民收入水平是影响房地产业发展区域差异的主要因素。因此,加快推进区域城镇化进程,积极促进中小城市房地产业发展,是推动山西省房地产业又好又快发展的重要战略选择。
Through a comparative study of the real estate of 11 cities in Shanxi province , we find that the diversity of real estate industry development has presented the reduction tendency. Urbanization rate, total investment in fixed assets and real estate income level are the main factors of regional difference. So, improving the level of urbanization and promo- ting real estate development of small and medium sized cities is an important strategic choice to promote real estate development of Shanxi.
