摘要
近些年来,我国企业文化发展十分迅速,企业文化建设取得了突出成绩。但同时,前一阶段被各大媒体疯狂报道的富士康员工十数连跳事件则为我们的企业文化建设敲响了警钟,使我们不得不认真分析我们的企业文化建设出现了什么问题,以便更好地加以修正,促进企业文化的健康发展,进而提升国家软实力。
In recent years, enterprise culture of our country has got a rapid development and aequired outstanding achievement. And at the same time, Foxconn suicide jump ineidents over 10 also rang the alarm for our enterprise culture, and made us have to analyze what happen in the cultural progress. The paper attempts to find the solution and help enterprises improve their work in a sound way, thereby improving the soft power of our country.
