摘要
目的构建评价艾滋病综合防治绩效的指标体系。方法采用文献复习和专家研讨法确定指标体系雏形,使用Delphi方法遴选指标,通过现场拟合试验修正指标体系。结果通过三轮Delphi法专家咨询和现场预试验,确立了由6个一级指标和43个二级指标构成的艾滋病综合防治绩效评价指标体系。结论本研究建立的艾滋病综合防治绩效评价指标体系具有较好的科学性与可行性。
Objective To establish an index system for performance evaluation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control.Methods Literature analysis and expert discussion were used to establish an index system,Delphi method was used to filter indicators,finally establish the index system by field test.Results After three rounds of Delphi method and field test,6 first grade indexes and 43 second grade indexes were established,which comprised the comprehensive index system for performance evaluation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control.Conclusions The index system for performance evaluation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control is scientific and feasible.
