摘要
目的探索中小学生近视防控管理服务体系,为近视防控工作提供科学有效的途径。方法以武汉市中小学生为对象,通过宣传教育,健全机制,制发《学生视力健康档案》,开展"三级监测","三项康复","三方共管",形成管理服务体系,实施综合防治措施。结果摸清了武汉市中小学生视力健康状况和本底资料;找出了近视发生发展的主要影响因素;提高了群防群控的认知和技能。学生近视低龄化趋势得到初步缓解。对10所科研学校4 380名学生进行干预对照研究分析显示,综合干预法对小学生和初中生效果良好。结论 "3.3.3"学生近视防控管理服务体系具有科学性、完整性和实用性,为近视防控工作提供了可借鉴的有效途径。
Objective To explore the Management and Service System for prevention and control of the student＇s shortsightedness and to offer an effective way for the prevention and control of the student＇s shortsightedness.Methods Taking school students in Wuhan City as subject and forming a set of scientific service management system so that we can take synthetic measures for prevention and control of the student＇s shortsightedness.We took a series of measures including improving the mechanism,propaganda and education,training our team and so on.Printing and distributing Health File of Student＇s Sight,launching ＂Three-step monitoring＂,＂Three rehabilitation＂ and ＂Tripartite management＂.Results We felt out the status of school students＇ eyesight in Wuhan City and got hold of background material;found out the main influential factors for the development of shortsightedness.Through data showed interventional controlled study for 4 380 students in 10 schools has been done and the comprehensive intervention achieved good results in primary and secondary school students.Conclusions Wuhan ＂3·3·3＂ Management and Service System is scientifically,integrity and practicability,it provides a reference and effective approach for the prevention and control of the student＇s shortsightedness.
