摘要
目的了解社会支持提供与利用对军队住院老年人营养的影响。方法应用社会支持评定量表、简易营养评价精法对住院老年人(年龄≥60岁)318例进行单因素相关和多因素逐步回归分析。结果社会支持与年龄呈负相关,营养与年龄不相关,但与病情相关(P<0.01)。军队住院老年人的主、客观支持提供中,配偶、儿女居前2位。影响营养的社会支持各组的多因素分析,病情进入了各组的回归方程,营养与客观支持呈负相关,与支持利用呈正相关,安慰关心来源、儿女、亲戚均进入了相应的回归方程,但均与营养呈负相关,活动参与、烦恼倾诉进入社会支持利用度的回归方程,与营养呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论配偶是军队住院老年人最大的社会支持。
Objective To understand the affection of social support provision and utilization on the nutrition of army hospitalized elderly.Methods 318 cases of army hospitalized elderly（above 60 years old） who had been tested by Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） and Short-Form Min-Nutritional Assessment（MNA-SF） were analysed by using single-factor analysis and multi-factor regression analysis.Results Social support was negatively correlated with age,nutrition was not related to age,but related to patient＇s condition（P〈0.01）.The spouse,children or family members of the military hospitalized elderly were in the top two items of the social support provision.Analysing each group of social support which had impact on nutrition,patient＇s condition went into each regression equation,nutrition presented a negative correlation with objective support,while it presented a positive correlation with the level of using social support.Source of comfort and its children,family members items entered the relevant regression equation,but all of them were negatively correlated with nutrition.Trouble confiding and activity participation entered the regression equation of the level of using social support,and they were positively correlated with nutrition（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The spouse provided maximum social support to the army hospitalized elderly.
