摘要
目前我国造纸工业正处于稳步的增长阶段,广阔的市场发展空间成为推动造纸工业发展的强大动力。资金、技术密集及突出的规模经济效益,决定了造纸工业项目需要大量的建设资金。我国造纸工业新建项目的可行性研究和项目评价还处于一个完善阶段,还没有一个可操作性的规范。本文从企业法人角度就造纸项目的评价指标体系进行研究,建立了造纸项目的时间性、比率性、价值性及环保性评价指标体系,形成了由静态至动态,由绝对至相对,由企业至社会的评价体系范畴,为我国造纸工业项目评价指标体系的完善提供理论依据。
At present,China＇s paper industry is in a steady growth phase,a broad market space becomes a strong driving force of promoting the paper industrial development.Capital and technology intensivity as well as outstanding scale economies determine the paper industry projects require substantial funds for construction.The feasibility study and project evaluation of China＇s new paper projects is also in a amendatory stage.There is not a operational standards about it.At an angle of the corporate,this article studies paper project evaluation index system.Temporal,ratio,value,and environmental evaluation index system about paper project is established.This evaluation system ranges from static to dynamic,from absolution to relativity,from corporate to society.This test provides theoretical basis for improvement evaluation Index system of China＇s paper Industry project.
