摘要
印刷过程中,印刷供墨量是决定颜色复制质量的关键因素之一,通常是通过胶印机操作台调节墨键开度来控制。本实验根据印刷机供墨原理设计了印刷测试图并进行印刷实验,得到不同印刷供墨量对应的密度值;通过数据处理计算出油墨密度与印刷机墨键开度之间的函数关系。该研究结果可作为印刷过程墨量自动控制的数学模型。
In the printing process,printing ink supply is one of the key factors to affect the printing color reproduction quality. Printing ink supply is controlled through the console by adjusting ink key opening.According to the principle of ink feeding,a special test sheet was designed.Printing experiments were carried out to get ink density of different printing ink supply.The function relation between ink density and ink key opening was calculated using date processing.The function can be used as a mathematical model for automatic printing ink supply control
