摘要
目的：探讨中药足卫和荣汤并骨髓内注射复方丹参注射液为主治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法：口服中药足卫和荣汤加味，每日１剂，同时在骨髓内滴注复方丹参注射液，每周１次，１０次为１个疗程。结果：１８例患者中基本治愈４例，缓解７例，明显进步４例，无效３例，总有效率８３．３％。结论：口服足卫和荣汤并骨髓内滴注复方丹参注射液对久治不愈或复发的慢性再生障碍性贫血患者治疗有效率明显提高，无不良反应。
Objective :To investigate the curative effects on chronically aplastic anemia (CAA) mainly using Zuwei Herong Decoction (ZWHRD) combined with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection infused intramarrowly. Methods :The patients with CAA were treated with ZWHRD add herbs taken orally once a day and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection infused intramarrowly once a week for 10 times as a therapeutic course simultaneously. Results :Among 18 cases 4 cases were basically cured,7 cases relief,4 cases obvious improved,3 cases uneffective,and the total effective rate was 833%. Conclusions :ZWHRD taken orally combined with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection infused intramarrowly in treatment for refractory or recurrent CAA can effectively increase the effective rate,and has not harmful reactions.
