摘要
目的：观察气营两清法在中西医结合治疗儿科全身炎性反应综合征（ＳＩＲＳ）中的疗效。方法：将１８２例ＳＩＲＳ患儿随机分为２组。对照组（６１例）采用抗感染、清除自由基的西医常规治疗；治疗组（１２１例）在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药气营两清法的清瘟败毒饮。结果：治疗组总有效率９３．４％，对照组６８．９％，经统计学处理，２组疗效有极显著性差异（χ２＝１９．３，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：采用气营两清法的中西医结合方法治疗ＳＩＲＳ可明显提高疗效。
Objective :To observe the curative effects of method of clearing away the heat from both Qi and Ying () in method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM WM) on systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) of children. Methods :182 children with SIRS were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(n=61) was treated with anti infection,eliminating oxygen free radicals (OFR),and conventional therapy of western medicine.Otherwise the treatment group(n=121) treated with Qingwen Baidu Decoction () of method of clearing away the heat from both Qi and Ying based on conventional therapy of western medicine. Results :The total effective rate in treatment group was 934%,but in control group was 689%.Through statistical treatment the curative effects between two groups were very significantly different (2=193,P<001). Conclusions :The treatment with method of clearing away the heat from both Qi and Ying in integrated TCM WM for SIRS is able to heighten the curative effects.
