摘要
目的：观察联用黄芪注射液和含镁极化液治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法：治疗组２７例患者采用黄芪注射液和含镁极化液治疗，并与同期单纯应用西药（能量合剂、含镁极化液）治疗的对照组２１例进行对比观察。结果：治疗组总有效率和显效率分别为９６．２９％和７０．３７％，对照组则分别为７１．４３％和４２．８６％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组治疗前后心电图及心肌酶谱均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５和Ｐ＜０．０１），而对照组则无显著性差异（Ｐ均＞０．０５）。结论：联用黄芪注射液合含镁极化液治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著，优于传统西医疗法，无明显不良反应，值得推广应用。
Objective :To observe the curative effects of glucose
insulin potassium (GIP) adding magnesium combined with astragalus infection on viral
myocarditis. Methods :The treatment group (n=27) was treated with astragalus injection and GIP
adding magnesium otherwise the control group (n=21) treated with western medicine alone
(energetic mixture,GIP adding magnesium).The comparison between two groups was carried
out. Results :The total effective rate (9629%) and markedly effective rate (7037%) in treatment
group were significantly superior to those (7143% and 4286%) respectively in control group
(P<005).In treatment group the changes in electrocardiography and myocardial enzyme
spectrum before and after therapy were significant (P<005 or P<001) but not significant in
control group(all P>005). Conclusions :The curative effects of GIP adding magnesium combined
with astragalus injection on viral myocarditis are significant and superior to therapeutic method
of classical western medicine.There is not obviously harmful reactions and it is worth spread to
use.
