摘要 目的建立毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS法)定性检测血中毒鼠强的方法。方法血样经苯提取后,用DM-5弹性石英毛细管柱(Dikma公司,30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),100℃~250℃程序升温,分别以全扫描模式和选择离子监测模式进样测定。结果毒鼠强的质谱特征碎片M/Z为240、212和121。结论所建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可为临床相关急性中毒抢救工作提供科学的实验依据。 Objective A qualitative method was set up to rapidly determine tetramine in human serum/plasma by GC-MS.Methods The capillary column was a DM-5 column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)with oven temperature increased with a rate of 10℃/min from 100℃ to 250℃;After extracted with benzene,serum/plasma sample was deteced by GC-MS with full scan and SIM mode,respectively.Results The characteristics ion of tetramine to be detected by MS was M/Z 240,212 and 121.Conclusion The method is simple,quickly,sensitive and accurate,and it could provide a scientific evidence to clinical rescue for emergent toxic patients.
