摘要
目的观察膝关节清理术后注射透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法在膝关节清理术后每月向关节腔内注射２４９ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１（１％）透明质酸钠２５ｍｌ治疗膝骨关节炎３０例（３３膝）。结果术后平均随访２年，优２３膝、良７膝、差３膝。结论膝关节清理术后注射透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎，可取得满意效果。
Objective To observe therapeutic
effect of treating arthritis by injecting hyaluyonateNa after debridement of knee joint bodies
and arthrophyte. Methods 30 cases were treated by injecting 24910-2 molL-1(1%)
hyaluyonateNa 25 ml into their articular cavities every month after debridement of knee
bodies and arthrophyte. Results The patients were followed up for 2 years after operation.They
achieved excellent(23 knees), good(7 knees), and poor results(3 knees) respectively.
Conclusion The technique can be used to treat knee osteoarthritis and achieve satisfactory
effects.
