摘要
门诊是医院的"窗口",是接待患者完成一般医疗工作和急救处置的第一线,是患者接触最早、最广泛的场所。门诊公共区域的安全隐患问题关系到医院及医疗公益性事业在人民心中的形象和地位。导医护士是门诊的"窗口",其在应对门诊公共区域安全隐患中发挥着最直接的和不可替代的作用。
Clinic of hospital is the place of receiving patients to make general medicine and emergency handling which patients contact with earliest and most. The hidden troubles in security of public area of outpatient service concern the image and status of hospital and the whole public health welfare undertaking. So the medical guidance assistant plays the most direct and irreplaceable role of approaching the potential risk of public area of clinic.
