摘要
采用德国Zebris平板式足底压力测试系统对2009年11月18日至23日在广西桂林举行的全国青少年蹦床锦标赛的青少年蹦床运动员进行静态平衡能力的测试,得出椭圆宽、椭圆高、椭圆面积、椭圆轨迹长、椭圆水平偏移、椭圆垂直偏移6项平衡参数。通过6项参数比较青少年运动员在双足睁眼与闭眼站立;单足睁眼与闭眼站立时平衡稳定性的差别,探讨蹦床运动员静态平衡能力特征,为运动员科学选材、训练等提供理论依据。
Using the German Zebris plate type foot base pressure test system,we tested the static balance ability of young bounding bed athletes who at-tended the national young people bounding bed championship held in Guilin Guangxi from 18-23 November,2009.We obtain 6 balance parameters which were width,height,and area of ellipse and ellipse＇s track length,level shifting and plumb shifting.Using these 6 parameters,we compared the differences of balance stability of standing on feet with eyes opened and closed and standing on foot with eyes opened and closed.And we discussed the features of static balance ability,through this way,we provided a theoretical basis for scientific selecting and training.
