摘要
目的:探讨应用鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床疗效及其影响因素。方法:回顾性分析接受鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的42例患者临床资料。42例患者临床上都不同程度出现了鼻阻、流涕,患者术前行常规鼻内镜检查和鼻腔冠状位CT扫描确诊,在局麻下应用鼻内镜手术治疗。术后随访6个月。结果:31例患者症状完全消失,占73.81%,9例患者好转,占21.43%,2例患者无效,占4.76%,总有效率达95.24%。结论:鼻内镜是诊断鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的重要手段,通过配套的手术器械还能使手术能够达到传统手术无法到达的区域。
Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps with influencing factors. Methods： A retrospective review was performed among 42 cases who with the nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. The 42 cases were occur varying degrees of nasal resistance,runny nose, the patient who were accepted routine preoperative nasal endoscopy and CT scan to make a definite diagnosis,under local anesthesia application of endoscopic sinus surgery. Followed up for more than 6 months after the operation. Results： Symptoms disappeared in 31 cases（73. 81% ） ,9 cases improved（21. 43% ） ,2 cases ineffective（4. 76% ） ,total effective rate was 95. 24% . Conclusions： Endoscopic diagnosis was an important means for sinusitis and nasal polyps. Sinusitis and nasal polyps were treated fine by supporting the surgical instruments,so that the surgery can achieve conventional surgery can not reach the area.
