丙泊酚与地西泮合用对小鼠学习记忆的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究丙泊酚与地西泮合用对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法:将小鼠分为4组(n=10):生理盐水(NS)组、地西泮(D)组、丙泊酚(P)组、丙泊酚与地西泮合用(DP)组,用跳台和避暗实验分别观察各组不同时间相应的潜伏期、错误次数,以其评估对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果:在跳台和避暗实验中,用药后第1d,与NS组相比,D、P和DP组错误次数均增加、潜伏期均缩短(P<0.05或P<0.01);与DP组相比,D组、P组错误次数减少、潜伏期延长(P<0.05或P<0.01);用药后第2d,在避暗实验中,与DP组相比,D组错误次数减少、潜伏期延长(P<0.05);用药后第3d各组间的差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:丙泊酚与地西泮单用可以抑制小鼠学习记忆能力,合用呈协同作用,但不会造成持久的学习记忆障碍。 Objective: To observe the effect of the combination of Propofol and Diazepam on learning memory of mice. Methods: Forty mice were divided into 4 groups(n = 10) : NS group,Diazepam group(D group) ,Propofol group(P group) ,Propofol with Diazepam share group(DP group) . Latency and error times in each group were observed by step-down test and step-through test so as to evaluate the effect of medicine on learning memory of mice. Results: On the 1st day after medication,the number of errors was increased and the latency was curtailed in D group,P group and DP group (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01) ,as compared with NS group. Compared to that in group DP,reduction of error times and prolongation of latency were noted in D group and P group(P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01) . On the 2nd day after medication,ccompared with DP group,the number of errors was reduced and the latency was prolongated in D group (P〈0. 05) . However, there was no difference among each group on the 3rd day after medication (P〈0. 05) . Conclusions: It can result in suppression of learning memory of mice when Propofol and Diazepam are used alone,and synergistic action is performed between Propofol and Diazepam ,but causes no persistent dysfunction in learning and memory .
