摘要
介绍了一种在电务设备更新改造施工过程中对转辙机电缆配线进行正确性核对以及对道岔启动和表示电路的导通进行测试的智能化校验仪。它适用于各种转辙机控制电路。校验仪由控制板、四、六线制道岔控制模块、五线制道岔控制模块组成,已通过郑州铁路局的成果鉴定,并成功地应用于生产实践。
This article introduced an intelligent calibrator,which is used in the renovation process of electric equipment and can check the validity of switch machine cable lines and test whether the start circuit and the indication circuit are correct.The calibrator was applicable to various kinds of switch machine control circuits,which is composed of a control board,a control module for the four line or six line switch and a control module for five line switch.This calibrator has gained an achievement appraisal by the administration of Zhengzhou Railway and has been applied in practice successfully.
