摘要
欧债危机的特殊之处在于,成员国具有扩大财政赤字的内在动力;欧元区各国经济实力差异巨大;希腊不能通过主权债务货币化缓解危机;欧元区内部缺乏强有力的领导。解决方案有可能包括,欧元区内部通过协调援助解决;依靠IMF大规模援助;欧元大幅贬值;希腊等国退出欧元区。给我国的重大启示是,审慎建立亚洲共同货币区;适度的大规模刺激政策;设置金融危机预警机制。
The particularity of the Greek sovereign debt crisis is that：Member States have the inherent power to increase the deficit;huge difference in the eurozone＇s economic strength;Greece can not ease the crisis by sovereign debt monetization;lack of strong leadership within the euro area.Solutions include：the euro area through the coordination of assistance within the settlement;rely on large-scale IMF assistance;euro depreciated;Greece and other countries out of the euro area.To China＇s major revelation：prudent to establish a common currency area in Asia;modest scale stimulus;set the crisis early warning mechanism.
