VEGF-C和VEGF-D在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF-C)和血管内皮生长因子-D(VEGF-D)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达与其临床病理学参数的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测105例非小细胞肺癌组织及肺部淋巴结中的表达。结果 61.5%非小细胞肺癌标本呈现VEGF-C表达阳性,51.4%非小细胞肺癌标本呈现VEGF-D表达阳性,且二者表达都与肺癌的淋巴结转移、分级密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C/VEGF-D的高表达可以作为评价纵膈淋巴结转移的分子指标之一,为NSCLC的临床治疗及预后判断提供一定的理论依据。
