摘要
采用溶液吸附法加入离子型和非离子型及高分子量的表面活性剂,在颜料的表面上形成吸附层,经过反复试验后,选择出了一种分散性能较为理想的表面活性剂,改善了涂料贮存方面的缺点,并使涂膜便于在底材上展布,降低了涂料的生产成本并且提高了生产效率。
Ionic surfactant,non-ionic surfactant and high molecular weight surfactant are added through the solution adsorption method to form an adsorption layer in the surface of pigment.Through repeated experiments,a surfactant with ideal dispersion is chosen.And the storage stability can be improved;distribution property can be made easy;cost is decreased and the productivity is improved.
