摘要
目的:了解食管癌患者术后早期施行肠道营养对肠道屏障功能恢复的影响.方法:通过分析肠道屏障功能影响机制,并结合临床实践进行阐述.结果:缺血-再灌注损伤、手术应激、创伤等使肠粘膜屏障损伤、肠的渗透性增加,加之免疫下降及菌群失调导致细菌易位.维持机体内环境的稳定性在围手术期至关重要.早期的肠内营养能供给肠道本身需要的特殊营养物质,用以维护肠粘膜正常的结构及屏障功能. 结论:食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养对肠道黏膜屏障功能具有一定的保护作用,可明显改善机体的营养状态、减少术后并发症的发生.
Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition on the recovery of intestinal barrier function after esophagectomy. Methods The mechanism by which had an effect on the intestinal barrier function was analyzed and clinical practice was also discussed. Results These factors, such as iscbemia--reperfusion injury, surgical stress and trauma injured intestinal barrier function and led to increased permeability of intestine, resulting in bacterial translocation under decreased immune function and dysbacteriosis. It was important to maintain stable internal environment for body in the perioperative period. Early enteral nutrition could supply nutritional substance that was essential to the body in order to maintain normal structure and barrier function of intestinal mucous membrane. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition may produce a protective effect on the recovery of intestinal barrier function after esophagectomy, which can improve nutritional status of body and reduce the complications after operation.
