摘要
目的：统计分析泰安市岱岳区2008年法定传染病发病趋势和流行特征,探讨预防控制策略和措施.方法：采用描述流行病学的研究方法,分析泰安市岱岳区2008年法定传染病发病情况,揭示其流行规律.结果：泰安市岱岳区2008年报告乙丙类法定传染病19种共1625例,年发病率为164.91/10万.其中,乙类传染病13种,发病962例;丙类传染病5种,发病663例;无甲类传染病报告.全年死亡6例,年死亡率为0.48/10万.报告病例前5位的是病毒性肝炎、手足口病、肺结核、其他感染性腹泻、痢疾.结论：病毒性乙型肝炎（简称乙肝）、肺结核、痢疾、麻疹等乙类传染病,及手足口病、其他感染性腹泻、流感等丙类传染病是泰安市岱岳区法定传染病防控工作重点.

Result： Tai＇An DaiYue district 2008 report B and C type infectious disease legally 19 species, 1625 eases, annual incidence is 164.91/100,000, Among them, B type infectious disease legally 13 species, 962 patients were found, C type infectious disease legally 6 species, 663 patients were found; No A type infectious disease legally report. Annual death in 5 cases, The annual mortality was 0.48/100, 000. The top five eases reported are viral hepatitis. Hand--foot--and--mouth disease,Phthisis. Other infectious diarrhea,Diarrhea. Conclusion; Viral hepatitis b（ HBV for short） ,Tuberculosis, Diarrhea .Measles etc B type infectious disease legally, hand--foot--and--mouth disease.other infectious diar- rhea,Influenza etc C type infectious diseases legally. All of these are areas in Tai＇An Daiyue District focus of statutory infectious diseases prevention and control work.
