摘要
目的：观察奥曲肽与奥美拉唑联合应用治疗上消化道出血的疗效. 方法：将47例上消化道出血患者随机分为治疗组（25例）与对照组（22例）,两组病员均进行常规补液,对症支持等治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑静脉注射;对照组采用垂体后叶素、西咪替丁等治疗;观察两组的治疗效果.结果：治疗组总有效率96%,未发现明显副作用;对照组总有效率77%,有腹痛、心律失常等副作用,两组疗效比较有显著差异,治疗组效果优于对照组.结论：奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道大出血效果显著,疗效确定,为我院治疗上消化道大出血首选药物.
