长时间体外膜肺氧合转流凝血系统变化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察长时间体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)过程中犬凝血系统的变化规律。方法:选择健康杂种犬6只,进行ECMO转流36h,并于实验开始前30min、开始后6h、12h、24h、36h分别取静脉血10mL,动态检测PT、APTT、TT值来研究实验动物凝血系统的变化规律,检测PLT以及GMP-140值来研究实验动物血小板的动态变化过程。结果:实验开始后6h凝血系统处于稳定状态,ECMO转流12h后凝血系统将被激活,同时出现血小板脱颗粒反应,24h、36h更为明显。结论:ECMO转流12h后凝血系统将被激活同时出现PLT脱颗粒反应,故12h后应采取干预措施。 Objective:To explore the variation of coagulation system during prolonged extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO) of dogs.Methods:6 hybrid dogs in good condition were performed femoral AV ecmo mode for 36h.Venous blood sample were taken at the following time point:30 min before the operation,6 h,12 h,24 h and 36 h after the operation.Levels of APTT、PT and TT were measured to explore the variation of coagulation system of experimental animals.Levels of PLT、GMP-140 were measured to explore the dynamic variation of blood platelet of experimental animals.Results:The coagulation system of experimental dogs were not activated in the first 6 h during operation.After running 12 h,the coagulation system was activated,simultaneously,the degranulation reaction of platelet was observed,and the reaction was especially obvious after running 24 h,36 h.Conclusion:The coagulation system was activated,at the same time,the PLT degranulation reaction began to occurs,after running ECMO 12 h.Therefore,measures should be taken to protect the coagulation system at this time.
